 Die Drawn:
Die Drawn wires offer greatly reduced friction between the wire and liner. Drawn wires perform better than any other control cables on the market today. The reduced friction is achieved by micro hammering the surface of the wire to the preferred diameter, this is then inserted into a drawing die and pulled through the draw plate multiple times, further ‘flattening’ the profile of the wire to achieve a continuously smooth surface.

These Clarks gear cable kits are 35% lighter than standard cable kits on the market. They use compressionless outer casings that do not change shape when the gears are indexed, making for more accurate and consistent changes, especially under pressure. Lightweight alloy housings with L3 liner, feature PTFE treated inner wires and CNC machined ferrules. They are compatible with all major manufacturers gear systems.
