 Die Drawn:
Die Drawn wires offer greatly reduced friction between the wire and liner. Drawn wires perform better than any other control cables on the market today. The reduced friction is achieved by micro hammering the surface of the wire to the preferred diameter, this is then inserted into a drawing die and pulled through the draw plate multiple times, further ‘flattening’ the profile of the wire to achieve a continuously smooth surface.

Clarks PTFE cable kits come loaded with the latest technology in both design and materials to provide the ultimate performance, using PTFE pre-treated wires massively reduces the friction between the wire and liner giving an all-round smoother operation. The PTFE coating also helps to protect the wire against the weather elements further extending its longevity.
