Just a few commonly asked questions... We are sure they will grow as we do!

Shipping policy

At the moment just to all destinations within the UK.

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

All orders are sent out the next working day after they are placed. They should arrive 2-4 days after they have been posted, so allow 4-5 working days before you get in touch.

If there are any issues at all with your order, we will get in touch.

Returns and exchanges

If you want to send an item back, or want an exchange, let us know as soon as you can, but no later than 30 days after you placed the initial order. Unless the item is damaged or faulty in some way, we are afraid that you will have to be responsible for the return carriage.

But whatever the issue, we will do our absolute best to make sure you are happy.

If you do send an item back, after you have changed your mind - please make sure that you get proof of postage of some sort, especially if it is a high value item. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive any returns back with is in good order.

Compatibility
All our products are compatible with all major manufacturers and brands of cycle components and group sets, unless otherwise stated in the description.

Hydraulic brake sets
All hydraulic brake sets come with hoses pre connected and filled with mineral fluid. You may need to leave the fitted set on the bike for a little while to let the fluid settle down after transit - before you use the brakes

Fitting and maintenance
We recommend that a trained cycle mechanic fits any safety critical parts, such as brakes and the like. That way you know it’s all been done correctly and won’t let you down.
